Orders & shipping

Most orders ship within 1–3 business days and arrive within 5–7 business days depending on your location. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.

We currently ship to the continental United States only. We're not yet able to ship to Hawaii, Alaska, US territories, or internationally, but it's on our roadmap — sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know.

If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can usually adjust or cancel it. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and we'll do our best to help before it heads out the door.

Choosing a power station

It depends on what you're running. Small electronics and lighting fit comfortably in our 200W unit, while full-size kitchen appliances or backup power for your home call for the 1200W or 3000W units. Check out our power guide for a full breakdown by device.

Watts (W) measure how much power a device draws at any given moment — this determines what you can plug in. Watt-hours (Wh) measure total stored energy — this determines how long everything can run before needing a recharge.

Yes — our 1200W and 3000W units are built to handle full-size fridges, kitchen appliances, and short-term home backup power. Keep in mind that appliances with compressors or heating elements draw a brief startup surge, so we recommend our 1200W or larger for anything in that category.

Charging & solar panels

Charging time depends on the method. From a wall outlet, most units reach a full charge in 1–4 hours. From solar panels, expect roughly 4–8 hours of direct sunlight depending on panel wattage and conditions. Car charging is slower and best used as a top-up.

Solar panels are available as an option for every model, please be sure to select a model that includes it in our catalog when adding to your cart. Every unit can also be charged from a standard wall outlet or a car's 12V port, so solar is optional rather than required.

Our units use LiFePO4 battery cells, rated for roughly 2,500–3,500 full charge cycles before dropping below 80% capacity. With typical weekend or trip use, that translates to many years of reliable service.

Safety & usage

Yes. Unlike gas generators, these units produce no fumes or exhaust, so they're safe to run indoors, in a tent, or in an RV. Just keep them clear of water and out of direct extreme heat.

Every unit ships with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. This doesn't cover damage from misuse, water exposure, or unauthorized modification. Reach out to our support team to start a claim.

We offer a 30-day return window on unused, like-new units in original packaging. If something arrives damaged or defective, contact us right away and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
