Refund & return policy

30-day returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be unused, in like-new condition, and returned in their original packaging with all included accessories and manuals.

How to start a return

Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for return. We'll provide instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return shipping costs

If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we'll cover return shipping. For all other returns, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated.

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged or isn't working as expected, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Warranty claims

All power stations include a 1-year manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty doesn't cover damage from misuse, water exposure, or unauthorized modification. Contact our support team to start a warranty claim.

Non-returnable items

Items that are used, missing original packaging, or damaged due to customer misuse aren't eligible for return. Clearance or final-sale items, if marked as such, are also non-returnable.

Exchanges

If you'd like a different size or model, the fastest option is to return your original item for a refund and place a new order. Reach out and we can help coordinate this.
