Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the continental United States only. We're unable to ship to Hawaii, Alaska, US territories, PO boxes, or international addresses at this time.
Processing time
Most orders are processed and leave our US warehouse within 1–3 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
Delivery time
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our US warehouse.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and delivery address. Any current shipping promotions will be reflected automatically in your cart.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and carrier link. If you haven't received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please reach out.
Damaged or lost shipments
If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows delivery but you haven't received your package, contact us within 7 days so we can help resolve it quickly.
Address changes
If you need to update a shipping address after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible. We can typically make changes before an order ships, but not after.
